1. Scope
Many introductory walks are complimentary. Where a fee applies (for example a weekend activity block), the price and inclusions are confirmed in writing before payment.
2. Cancellations by you
More than 48 hours before the session: full refund or credit toward another date. Within 48 hours: credit may be offered at our discretion; refunds are not guaranteed except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
3. Cancellations by us
If we cancel due to weather or safety, you receive a reschedule option or full refund for any prepaid amount.
4. How to request
Email info@kneerestore.world with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within five business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
