Route cards in plain English
Distance, surface type, shade, and toilet stops—published before you head out.
Gold Coast · Dawn onward
We coordinate small walking and activity groups from Surfers Paradise, along the foreshore and through leafy back streets. No leaderboards, no hype: just a steady pace and room to chat if you feel like it.

Why locals join
Distance, surface type, shade, and toilet stops—published before you head out.
Weekday strolls are free. Paid weekend blocks are listed on our Sessions page.
If conditions are unsafe, we email you and offer a reschedule—see our Refund Policy.
What we arrange
Each week we publish a simple sheet: where to meet, how long we move, and what to bring. Formats vary so you can choose calm strolls or slightly longer coastal loops.
Slow-paced routes along the foreshore while light is still soft. Ideal if you prefer quiet starts and predictable footing.
Shaded paths through parks and residential streets with gentle gradients.
After selected walks we pause for tea and optional topic prompts—never mandatory speaking.
Longer Saturday sessions combining walking with light stretching or map-reading basics.
Hosts mark refill spots on every route card so you can plan without guesswork.
Local volunteers occasionally lead one-off explorations with notes on history and flora.
